DOSA is the Korean word for 'master' or 'expert' and this unique experience will provide just 14 diners with the opportunity to watch close at hand the finest chefs prepare sophisticated dishes in a masterful artform. Once again, Chef Back's menus are influenced by his Korean heritage, global experiences and exacting attention to detail. The design of DOSA has been influenced by mineral elements, complementing the earth, wind and water elements found in the main dining room. Suspended sculptures and reflective lighting help to stimulate the senses of diners in this intimate and magical setting.
